DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?

Yes I do! Life is busy, and I understand that it can be hard to find time to meet in person. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. All payments to Penelope Green Household Services are made through a secure third party system. As a client, you will have your own individual client portal link to create an account. From there you will be able to save your payment information, book services, communicate with me, view your past and upcoming services, and view your receipts.

DO YOU DO LAUNDRY?

Yes I do! All services are customizable. If there is something you want done that isn't mentioned during the quote, let me know and we can have it added onto the service.

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

Because each cleaning is customizable, the pricing varies from home to home. I use a spreadsheet when I do quotes, which allows me to give consistent prices. It factors in the number and type of rooms in your home, the cost of products, and labor. I provide you with a copy of your individual quote spreadsheet so that you can see what you are getting.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I ask for 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your clean. We will send out a reminder the day before your clean, so if something comes up or you forget to put the appointment on your calendar, we can reschedule then.
